Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods, product launches, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our control

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A photo of the product label

  • Your order number

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or a returnless refund.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
