Refund policy

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. For the safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist you promptly, please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective area

  • A photo of the product label

  • Your order number

After reviewing the photos, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A returnless refund (no need to send the item back)

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the product received. We will immediately arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care items

  • Promotional or limited‑edition items
